Chrome extension
The Chrome extension for job applications that keeps your profile private
JobFill adds a job application assistant to your browser. Save your profile once, then fill application forms in one click on the sites you already use — without an account and without sending your profile to a server.
Why an extension?
Applications happen in your browser, across many different sites. An extension can read each form where it is and fill it in place — no copying between tabs, no uploading your details to a third-party website.
- Works on the application pages you already use
- Profile stored in your browser, not on a server
- Handles multi-step forms, iframes and custom dropdowns
- One click from the Chrome toolbar

What the extension does
Job application automation — with a human in charge
Some tools promise to apply to hundreds of jobs for you. JobFill doesn’t. It automates the typing, not the decisions: it fills what you’ve already told it, flags what it isn’t sure about, and leaves open questions, unanswered personal questions, consent boxes and the submit button to you. That keeps your applications accurate and genuinely yours.

Frequently asked questions
Is JobFill free?
Yes. JobFill has no paid plans, no accounts and no payments. The only possible cost is optional: if you turn on AI-drafted answers, you use your own API key and your AI provider bills you for that usage.
Which browsers does JobFill work in?
JobFill is built and tested for Google Chrome on desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux and ChromeOS). It is a standard Manifest V3 extension; other Chromium-based browsers that install Chrome Web Store extensions may work, but Chrome is the supported browser.
Which job sites and forms does JobFill work with?
JobFill fills standard web forms, and is designed for the patterns common on application forms: Google Forms, Greenhouse- and Lever-style application pages, Workday-style multi-step forms, custom dropdowns, forms inside iframes and modern JavaScript forms. No autofill tool handles every form perfectly — when JobFill isn’t sure about a field, it leaves it for you and tells you so. Tested on sample pages built like these platforms — live sites change, so some fields may need manual entry.
Why does JobFill need access to the websites I visit?
Application forms live on thousands of different sites, often inside embedded frames, so JobFill’s form reader needs to run on web pages to find fields. It reads form fields and their labels, sends nothing on its own, and only writes to a page when you click Autofill or Insert Answer. The only other permission it asks for is storage, to save your profile.
Does JobFill submit applications for me?
No, never. JobFill fills fields and shows you a summary of what it filled and what needs your review. Submitting is always your decision and your click.
Stop retyping your résumé into every application.
Set up your profile once. JobFill fills the form; you review and submit.
